Duamel Vellon is CEO and Founder of Ten15 Capital and is an accomplished electrical engineer licensed in the state of Florida. After experience in over 10 years in the residential investment market, he discovered the power of commercial real estate, specifically investing in Apartment Communities (multifamily) and the power of syndications.

Duamel is advised by two of the best in the industry, Vinney Chopra & Jens Nilsen. He shares a common vision and passion with American Commodity Investment Group to bring this real estate wealth building model to our community.

Always looking to succeed, he has networked with many like-minded investors and created a team of All-Stars. Deal flow has since been coming in waves and his portfolio is actively growing. Duamel is currently invested in over 400 doors and owns 112 multifamily units.

Ten15 Capital is in the growing phase and has teamed up with American Commodity Investment Group to serve and provide value to the community through multifamily investments and financial education. They are dedicated to connecting busy professionals with alternative real estate investments.

Among 15+ years of corporate leadership training and high-level business acumen are deep investments in education. Duamel has a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and holds a Professional Engineering license in the state of Florida.

Duamel lives in the Orlando area with his wife, Lupita, and two children, Luna and Sol.
