Ed is founder and Managing Partner of Gimme Shelter Real Estate Solutions, a firm with a focus on above-average real estate investments.

Ed has been a real estate investor since 1981 and is currently a general partner in 5 multifamily assets consisting of 720 units and has recently gone ‘Full Cycle’ on 2 multifamily properties.

Ed is a Commercial Real Estate coach, hosts a multifamily investor Meetup and is a member of an elite nationwide mastermind group.

While proudly serving in the US Navy for 6 years, he met his wife Pilar and they have been married over 41 years. They have 3 beautiful daughters and a new grandson.

Ed retired as Chief Engineer with a 10-time Emmy Award winning TV show in 2015 to dedicate more time to real estate and his family.

Ed is also an accomplished musician, playing in a rock band and recording 14 albums. He has served as a sound engineer for many elite musical acts.
